[Step 1] Select the“Start”button on the bottom left of the computer screen.
Select“Control Panel”and open up the“Network and Internet Network Connection”.
Open the“Internet Option”and select the“Advanced”tab. Under the“Settings”section, scroll down to the“Security”portion, check the“Use TLS 1.0,”“Use TLS 1.1,”and“Use TLS 1.2”boxes and select Enter. Save the new settings and close the window.
[Step 2] You must restart your computer in order for the new changes to take effect.
