unable to use in mozilla firefox

1.Open "" in Internet Explorer.
2.Download the Certificate file.
3.Close Internet Explorer and Open Firefox.
4.Go to "Tools/Options".
5.Click "Advanced".
6.Click "Certificates" tab.
7.Select "View Certificates".
8.Make sure Your Certificates tab is highlighted and Select "Import".
9.Import the Certificate files.
10.Restart Firefox and "Minister's Mailbox" should load properly.
